Refund & Returns Policy

EVSP India is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers with independent EV spare parts suppliers. Transactions occur directly between buyers and suppliers.
1. Marketplace Role
EVSP India facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. We do not process payments or handle inventory directly. All purchases, returns and refunds are managed between you and the supplier.
2. Supplier Refund Policies
Each supplier on EVSP India sets their own refund and return terms. Before placing an order, we recommend confirming the supplier’s return policy via WhatsApp.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with a supplier, contact us at support@electricvehiclespareparts.in. We will assist in mediating between you and the supplier.
4. Supplier Listing Fees
Supplier listing on EVSP India is currently free for 12 months. No refund applies as there is no fee charged.
5. General Guidelines
- Always confirm part compatibility before purchasing
- Request invoice and warranty details from the supplier
- Inspect parts upon delivery and report issues immediately
